Jones Invites Public to Town Hall Meeting

ELIZABETHTOWN – Rep. Tom Jones (R-Lancaster/Lebanon) is inviting residents of the 98th District to a town hall-style meeting he is hosting on Wednesday, Sept. 27. The meeting will be held at the East Donegal Township Building, 190 Rock Point Road, Marietta. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.

“This is a great opportunity for residents to come out and learn about the issues we are addressing in Harrisburg,” Jones said. “This is also my opportunity to get feedback from residents and hear their thoughts on state-related issues.”

The General Assembly is in the midst of finalizing the state budget and is addressing a host of other concerns that impact all residents.  

In addition to the town hall meeting, Jones hosts monthly Coffee and Conversation events at his district office, 222 S. Market St., Suite 103 in Elizabethtown. They are held on the first Friday of each month from 9-10 a.m., with the next Coffee and Conversation on Friday, Oct. 6. Future events will be held on Friday, Nov. 3, and Friday, Dec. 1.
